P.E how to keep hair and make up on and in place?

I had this problem too I take dance as my pe credit I would take my makeup in my pe bag and like redo it in the way to class but that's not the best solution.

Just waterproof your eye makeup and reapply your face makeup. try keep it minimal on those days. for hair, just bring some volumizing mouse with you :)

Ok this was my solution I took my makeup bag with me and left to go to the bathroom like 5 mins before class was over and touched up my makeup and hair I don't know if you would get in trouble but that's how we did it

Puff on some matte powder just before class. Bring a touch up bag w a brush and powder and if you can, some concealer or foundation.

For hair, braid it tightly or just do a ponytail! Don't try anything fancy, loose, "messy" or anything like that or it'll just fall everywhere. :)

This is why I'm glad that I only needed to take pe once in high school! Lol well you're going to sweat so don't try to put anything on before class...that would be pointless. Just bring a little touch up bag for after class. :)

Bring a bottle of toner and spray that on before and after gym it works wonders!

No makeup before class (unless you have it for your last period becaud then you can just wipe the makeup off)
put your hair in a braid
dry shampoo or baby powder
deodorant
blotting papers
