Honestly you're beautiful and your eyebrows are great. but if you want them neater, I would brush the hairs in one direction and use some sort of clear brow gel to tame them. brighten the arches with some concealer if you would like.

This is great for a night out look, but I suggest bringing the dark contouring shadow higher to make your eyelids appear bigger. Of you want to be less flashy, use matte shadows and liven them up with a touch of sparkly shadows of the same color in the center of the lid. Also, of you want to have a night out with this look then a black winged eyeliner would look great! :)
