How to make liner stay on the water line?

Hey girls! So I always apply my liner on my waterline but in about an hour it is all gone! What can I do to make it last longer? Thanks so much!

I really like rimmels scandal kohl eyeliners they are waterproof and In my opinion one of the best drugstore liners.

Patting on a bit of eyeshadow that matches the color will make it more opaque and increase staying power!

Do not use a liquid eyeliner. Try using a gel eyeliner. I find all pencil eyeliners are horrible even if they claim to be waterproof. And set with eyeshadow.
