According to the color wheel, a red-orange will make your eyes stand out the most. Personally, I think that earthy tones (browns, bronzes, golds, etc.) and purples look absolutely STUNNING with blue-green eyes. If you're anything like my friend and you have little gold specks in your eyes I'd definitely incorporate a gold eyeshadow somewhere in the look to really make them sparkle! :)
