I recomend concealer if needed, bb cream, blush if you want I don't, light eyeliner, mascara, and a lipgloss or tinted lip balm.

I think you should talk to your parents about what's okay and what's off limits first. That being said, the 2 things I always recommend someone do when they first get into makeup would be to use some mascara and to fill in the brows. Mascara opens up your eyes and helps draw attention to them and filling in your eyebrows will help frame your face, not to mention you can always change the shape up in really subtle ways! You are very beautiful!! :)
