Yes, go give the manager of the counter or mac store your resume in person. Talk to them about how you would like to work there and why. Be humble, be positive, and dress the part.

Make sure when you stop by the store you talk specifically to the manager and you want to of course have a full face on and hand in your resume and just be yourself. Yes they look for talent but also someone who is upbeat and has a lot of personality. Good Luck!

like the other girls said, hand in a resume to the manager. make sure you have a full face makeup on so they can see your makeup skill and your style. first impression is always a must. i've had girls that come into the store with just mascara on, which gives us the impression that she doesnt wear much makeup, or she doesnt know much about it. you have to think, if you want to work with makeup, you have to wear makeup!

Be confident, mature & professional. Most importantly, you need to know the products & show you are there for the customers as well as to help the company reach their goals. This is what i look for in a MUA. To be honest with you, some MAC employees lack these & can be so darn rude, which makes me walk away & not buy anything. I end up taking my money to the Dior or Chanel counter where service is better.
