Missha Perfect cover is my favorite! Has a good color selection too. Holika Holika and Etude House are good as well.

L'Oreal is really good for blending and skin tones, I've heard. I tried Garnier and Maybelline. Garnier didn't work for me because it didn't blend too well, and the palest shade was too dark for my skin tone. Maybelline has very light coverage, so don't get that if you want something heavier.
