Wait so you didn't use the conditioner that followed with the dbleach?
Cause if you didn't thats why your hair feels like straw. I had to pull color out of my hair and then die it and to do that I wasen't allowed to use the conditinor because there's some thing in it that neotrilises the coloring so you can't color your hair after conditiner and well my hair felt like straws to, but after I was done bleaching my hair and used the conditinor my hair felt normal again, so you should do it now.

Make sure when you deep condition you keep it off the roots an all on the ends make sure to maybe use some morocan oil on the ends after showers.
