-BB cream or tinted moisturizer
-dust a matte powder on your face
-brown eyeliner (pencil or gel/creme)
-sweep a golden eyeshadow over your lids and contour the outer 1/3 with a darker matte brown. Blend those bad boys together (you can actually skip the eyeshadow part if you want)
-maybe put some eyeliner on the bottom lids
-fill in and shape brows
-apply light peach blush
-contour face with bronzer (optional)
-apply lip gloss (keep it natural)

I suggest: bb cream or mineral powder make-up, under eye concealer, black eyeliner or nice brown eyeshadow (or together if you want), mascara and some lip balm. It's pretty simple and natural looking. Your skin seems to be ok so I think light to medium coverage is appropriate for you.

And from skincare you can use hydrating cream (also with spf) before applying your make-up routine. In the evening remember to use good cleanser or micelar water to put off your make-up.
