Hi I am new to make up the only things I use at the moment is eyeliner mascara && lipstick so I eant to know ehat come first when it comes to foundation, concealer , primer etc?

Thank you so much for the info I trued using concealer for under eyes with the technique you suggested but it was still noticeable how do I put on?

Always moisturize your skin with face lotion. Then use a primer to prep your skin I usually use concealer on my eyes while I wait on my primer. From there I use foundation. And if you want you can use loose powder if you don't want to look shiny or oily. Hope this helps(:.
