MAC Fix+ does not set the foundation...it just cancels out the dry powdery look after your makeup is complete. Evian same thing...except its just overpriced water in a can. If I had to choose between the two I would have to go with MAC. I've used both in the past. I now use one from Mario Badsecu...same premise behind it...just rose water and cheaper than both Evian and MAC. I think I paid $7 or $8 bucks for a bottle. I even use it to wet my brush if I'm using my baked eyeshadows.

Shelley, is there anything else in the Mario badsecu spray?. I heard rose water n glycerin work. I already have that but I haven't put it n a spray bottle to try it. I'm going to soon.

@Naomi...I'm not at home or else I'd look for ya but I think there is also aloe vera too. Don't quote me on it. But you could most definitely use rose water glycerin mix.
