I love the dress! It's adorable. But anyway, you have to experiment with kinds of eyeliner work best! Pencil on the waterline maybe, if you use regular on the top it may smudge through the night so use liquid. I don't know which brand is good bc I've never really used it, so just try some brands and see which works best!
For mascara, I think maybelline, the pink and green one is amazing.
For eyeshadow, maybelline works really well too. I don't use much eyeshadow so you may have to experiment
