I would say it's very good for first time, but you need to try more types of to find the one is complmenting your eyes, I think you need to make the line a lil more thick in the center of eye to give the illusion of a more wide opened eye:-)

I agree with Diana.
that's really good for your first time! a lot better than mine. but I'd make the line starting at the iris.
I'd also maybe make the wing a tiny bit bigger :p
