Don't do the thing around your eyes. Just do your eyes up like a darker shadow and line them. Also get lashes. Oh and a little trick to make your natural eyes look bigger put a little white eyeshadow in the inner corner of your eye. But blend it in so it's not just a white dot of eyeshadow.

It all has to be more intense in my opinion. your eyes should be more defined, like casey said, line them and use darker shadow. then false lashes are really important to give your eyes this doll look. stick them on both upper and lower lashline.

the heart on your mouth is a good idea although I would also choose a darker red and make the hearty more "heart shaped" (sorry, english's not my mother language :))

I would also try to lighten your face and make it real porcelaine looking. :)
