I have long straight eyelashes! I've never worn makeup. I hate the feeling of something covering my face like a mask. But I now have to wear my eyeglasses everyday, and my eyelashes touch constantly no matter how much I try to curl them with an eyelash curler. They also get caught from time to time and that hurts. I love that they are long and have debated whether or not to trim them. So I'm trying to see if mascara would help me! I don't like the heaviness or the clumpy gunk that you see on a lot of girls. So can anyone help me. Also I need something hypoallergenic, I can't have a lot of chemicals on my face either another reason why I don't like makeup! Help anyone.

I do wear contacts. That was the problem. Lol. If I could I'd stay with contacts but I've had a lot of problems and doctor basically said can't wear them anymore. 😱

You could try a clear mascara? It won't look heavy or clumpy.

Best drug store mascara I've ever bought (even better than high end ones) are from l'oreal. just find a clear one , any really , it'll work wonders! just make sure you really grip your lashes from root to tip to get the curl you want. good luck!

Elf makes a clear one with dual ends, one for eyelashes one for eyebrows. I think it's either only $1 or $3. You can find elf online, target, walmart, and even some county markets. :)

Cover girl clump crusher is amazing! It won't get all clumpy and fake looking like most mascaras! It'd a very natural look if you just use one coat.

Try heating your eyelash curler with your hair dryer so it will hold the curl better & use a clear mascara for a little extra hold but.trt everything before you trim them!! good luck girly :)

Will it hold a good curl. Bc I've had problems with trying all kinds and no matter what they end up falling straight again against my glasses. Lol.

Waterproof keeps curls longer. And I've seen a trick by gossmakeupartist on Youtube wherein you use a lash comb and you coat its tips with mascara and just comb through your lashes with the coated lash comb. It prevents clumps and you decide how much you want on.

Honestly thats not going to prevent your lashes from touching your glasses! mine touch with and without mascara, but the feeling of my lashes hitting the glasses is way more noticeable and bothersome with mascara since mascara helps lengthen and thicken eye lashes even more. thats with a curl too. I just deal with it or lower my glasses just a bit lol.
