I shop at MAC, Sephora, Ulta,etc. Any must haves I should get? I need to buy all new makeup...foundation (prefer a medium to full coverage without a matte finish), need blush, lipstick, lipgloss, mascara and skin care.

Specific shades are going to vary on your skin tone, but here are some brand recommendations.
Foundation: Makeup Forever Matte
Blush: NARS and MAC
Lipstick: Urban Decay and MAC
Lipliners: Urban Decay (lasts longer then MAC in my opinion)
Lipgloss: MAC
Mascara: Tarte Lights Camera Lashes mascara
The only thing I use regarding skin care is African Black Soap by Dudu Osan for acne, that aside I don't really put stuff on my skin.

I've been hearing a ton about makeup forevers' foundations and concealers. I would get that. after playing with all the eyeshadow at ulta, I think 2faced and sephora have the best eyeshadow out there. they are so pigmented, go on so smoothly and don't budge. Mac fluidline is always in peoples kits and I'm poor so I got the dupe of that which is maybeline eye studio gel liner which is amazing. urban decay 24/7 is great too. You should also put some of that money towards some really good brushes. This website is great and her brushes are really high quality.
