I've tried 3 different make up removers and baby oil it's basically permanent :O If I rub really hard it comes off a little bit but it hurts a lot and there's always still at least a shadow of blue :(

I know that lemon juice is used to remove stains from fake tans or any stains on skin..but that's by your eye so maybe not. You could also try wetting a wash cloth with hot water and mixing a bit of baby oil on the rag and letting it rest on your eyes.

Let it soak. Try a wash cloth, maybe the texture of the towel will help.
