There's no opaque glitter.. You have to place the glitter on top of the eyeshadow color that you want!

@kayla, no there is! It's just high end, expensive, hard and messy if you want to have a full opaque glitter effect.

LA Splash is one of my go to for years for dramatic glitter and if you add the sealer base and then apply the glitter with a damp brush it is a Beautiful result.But if you want the result like in the picture you want A Pigment like Mac Reflects Blue it's beautiful as well.

You could spray your eyeshadow with thermal water to have a glittery effect (or with mac's fix+)
Mac has some that I know work AMAZINGLY and last for ages
