Bold and pink! What I would do is apply a good coverage foundation to get really flawless looking skin and make sure to conceal under eyes too. Then I'd do a medium contour and pink blush with a good high lighter. Then either a nude or a pink smokey eye, and winged eye liner. Throw in some false lashes too because, come'on, it's Halloween. Have fun. Then for lips probably a bright bright pink and then lip gloss.

I would suggest watching ChrisspyMakeup on YouTube and go to her older videos where she does her anime eyes and do that. She's beautiful and does really great makeup.
