Either get a different liner (urban decay 24/7, nyx slide on, rimmel scandaleyes, maybelline master drama) or try setting your current liner with black eyeshadow using a smudge brush or stiff eyeliner brush. :)

You can get a different liner, preferably a waterproof one. Some great eyeliners are Urban Decay 24/7, Rimmel scandal eyes, Xtreme lashes Glideliner, nyx slide on.

Also, you can use a black eyeshadow and a small brush to set the liner as you would a foundation.

Like Vanessa and Brittany said you can try a diferent eyeliner and Urban Decay 24/7 is personally the best and it almost never smears! Setting ity with eyeshadow definitely helps too just be careful with fallout, I usually wet my brush a little so I went get black dust looking spots under my eyes(:

I have the same problem. For me Rimmel Scandaleyes Waterproof eyeliner worked the best. I wouldn't waste your money on Urban Decay's 24/7 eye pencil. I found it rubs off and for the price it's definitely not worth it. The Rimmel one has a very similar consistency but I found it stayed on better.
