Well, there are a lot of things.
Trying out for the NYX face awards sometime next year
Taking makeup classes
Working at a makeup store where you practically help people with makeup all day (like sephora)
Also maybe talk to people. Some people also become famous by internship
Joining YouTube and getting out there
Just basically getting out there

You should start makeup classes or join any training institute. Take some advice from professional makeup artist and also working with them, may be it helps you.
