Was wondering if any of you knew where I could obtain further training in camouflage makeup techniques "beyond the basics". I have a specific clientele in mind but need the technical training first….I learned contouring and facial shapes etc., minimization/highlighting and concealers in beauty school but want to get into specific techniques addressing scars, burns, acne, birthmarks, different face shapes/sizes, etc. thank you!

Honestly, I would just look it up on youtube. A lot of people have different tips and tricks.

Things like that (discoloration) are just a matter of color theory- look at a chart and learn which shades neutralize which colors.
Cover that with a flesh shade and bam that's a crash course.

Color theory is super important to get down.

I took a class with Kryolan. They have workshops on camouflaging and have a great palette for it. Best of luck!
