Use vitamin e ,lightening serum or vitamin c serum. It takes a whole to see results but def works. An wear sunscreen every day do they don't get worse.

Use anything with retinol in it. Philosophy has these amazing pads called "miracle worker" pads. THEY ARE PHENOMENAL! They also help improve the texture of your skin, diminish fine lines and wrinkles, and even out redness too! Just use a really good sunscreen :)
