I wish I knew one that got rid of all my acne but you can always try looking up 'natural acne mask' or something along those lines on google and there's millions of different things to try

Make sure to exfoliate too and get rid of all the dead skin cells. Sugar+water makes a great exfoliant but don't overuse. Also a baking soda mask works great too, but MAKE SURE to only test it on a small area b/c baking soda can be harsh on certain skin types, same thang just mix with water

Having sever acne myself for a few years, I had to go on Accutane for a while. But before this, I used to crush up a few aspirin with water to create a paste, the aspirin can take some of the inflammation away and dry the spots up slightly.
Not exactly natural ingredients but it does work and it's cheap! ;)
p.s your body doesn't absorb the aspirin if you put it onto your skin so it's safe to do :) xoxox

Oil cleansing worked wonders for me, try something cheap, light & easy to find first like grapeseed or rice bran. If your skin is like mine though, you'll have to look at *everything* that touches it to see if there are any synthetic ingredients that irritate it. I even had to change to natural haircare because just the shampoo/conditioner running down my face would cause a flare up!
Good luck.
