Why do my nails grow so slowly?

I have medium length nails and they grow so slowly it's unreal! Any tips for making them grow faster then thanks :)

Calcium,drying them asap after a bath or shower or maybe swimming wet nails are very fragile,using a hand and nail cream,any sally hensen growth product,a healthy diet like meena said,taking cod liver capsules and the obvious not biting them or tapping them on hard surfaces like I do then wonder why they break off haha,good luck with your nail growth.

Strengthen them massage your actual nails not cuticles it increases blood flow and helps grow your nails.

And just to make them look nice and healthy massage them w/ olive oil.
