Colored Tights For Daytime?

Are colored tights too much for daytime? I have purple and navy tights and I'm wondering if ill look weird wearing them during the day. and also I need some outift ideas with colored tights cause I'm not too sure what looks cute with them.

I have vibrantly purple leggings that I wear during the day. I wear them with black high tops and a grey/black/white v neck t shirt thats loose and long enough to cover my behind. I also sometimes wear a slouchy sweater over that.
