Line your eyes on both the bottom and top using a dark brown almost black color shadow and a liner brush. Line your lower water line with white.

Thanks! I mean I've tried the whole white eyeliner thing but I don't see any difference. & if I line all my eye they just look smaller somehow.

Hi Kassandra,Use a Nude color on your waterline and No liner on your lower lash line and use a Brown liner for top liner above your lash line if you want to I would extend the top liner outward a bit and upward a bit NOT winged make sure eyes are even when you do this you don't want it to appear lopsided.Use a light color to the inner corner of your eye like a nude or a Soft white not a actual white you want it to look subtle.Hope this helps :)

Only put liner on the outside corners of your eyes on top and bottom extend it out a little bit make it thicker on outside then apply a light matte eyeshadow on the lid and a brown on the outside corner and in crease them add mascara that always works for me.
