Opi makes a matte top coat that you can put over any color. Ive only tried it on black and purple so far but both times it worked great! You can get more use out if it too than just one color polish

N.Y.C. Makes a matte top coat for about $3 that works magnificent :) only matte black I've tried has been a sephora one which chipped horribly.

Hard Candy's matte topcoat is AWSOME. Also, the best black polishes I've found are the Wet and Wild one and the Sinful Colors one. They're super black and creamy :)

I have Illamasqua Scorn. Most inexpensive nail polishes in general don't last for me. Scorn lasted five days on my fingers with minor tipwear before it started to chip.

i just bought one and have a video review if you want to check it out. it isnt a color thats matte its just a top coat. and i love it. its by hard candy that you can get at walmart for under $5

getting a matte top coat is always great cause' you can use it over anything :)
