I agree on the lipstick. Bubblegum pink is fun but the eye you're wearing calls for a more subtle nude lip or just something that's more in the "browns" or "neutrals" and away from the "pinks" or "purples".

Have you tried any of the Wet and Wild mattes? They have very good pigmentation and staying power. I put some lip balm on, blot it off, then apply the lipstick and it looks good but isn't drying to my lips. I think you should try something from that line, something other than a gloss or frost. The way I see it: you can always add some gloss to a matte and make it a gloss lippy if that's the look you end up preferring!
