Since both brown and black eyes go with any color find what color best suits your skin tone. if you have warm undertones stick with warm colors like golds and if you have cool undertones stick with silvers and blues. However it doesn't really matter in the end there are no rules... personally I think greens, golds, turquoise, and purples look best on brown eyes and really make em pop, but again I'd also factor in your skin tone
