Lol there is one made for humans :) haha and well personally when I tried it I saw no difference, other than the fact that it made my hair dry ass hell! Lol but maybe it'll work on your hair 😊

It's the same one for horses, it has the pet and human directions on the same bottle.
It just thoroughly cleans your hair and makes it shiny.
I didn't notice any extremely different in health or anything of my hair

Maine n tail doesn't have a proper PH for human hair which is why it makes our hair so dry.

For those that say it dried your hair- did you also use their conditioner? I use both and I really quite like it. I have very fine hair, not particularly oily, and It made my hair feel healthier and not so limp.

Lol, yeah it's for people, but like the girls above stated, it's really not meant for people so not really the best for your hair (in my opinion).
it also doesn't make your hair grow faster or thicker like I've heard some people say it does :/ I usually stick to salon brands, lol.

I tried it & it really dried out my hair! It was hard to manage , I guess cause my hair is curly. Idk it really didn't work for me

Initially it was made for horses but it became a trend, so the company tweaked the formula for humans :) that's why there's a people version now! hope this helped

Yes, I used the conditioner. I used Mane n'tail for about a year. You don't see it instantly, but over times it makes your hair brittle and dry.
I don't wash out conditioner from my hair either, just a quick rinse and usually leave the rest in.
I noticed my hair went down over time. It had shine but it felt drier, and I have normal hair so that was not making me very happy. I thought maybe it was just me ( I don't use heat, or products. ) until my best friend explained to me that because it's not PH balanced for human hair or scalp, it dries out hair. This is great for those who have greasy hair, not so much for those who don't. But, too much of it is no good because although it dries out oily hair it's no good for both your hair and scalp. If you color your hair, it also causes color to fade more quickly.

I use it been using it for half a year and it has made my hair stronger and shiny :) I love it but yea I guess it depends on your hair 😮
