I'm trying to find a tutorial onyoutube or somewhere for this hairstyle but with medium sized regular rollers not flexirods

Those are actually perm Rods nor flexirods. But here's a tutorial using the standard roller. To get tighter curls just use smaller rollers http://youtu.be/hYh2wykiEis.
