Use Redken extreme! but I'm sorry to say, if it's very fried, there is nothing to do really but cut it :/ I had 40cm cut of my hair over the last 3 month because it was dead!

If you have a sport every day and are sweaty after, you may want to try to shower, but don't wash your hair with shampoo. Try to get out as much sweat and oil as possible, but shampoo every day will only make it worse. Try to shower every day, but shampoo every other day. Use a conditioning treatment and put it in your hair, cover it with a shower cap or towel, and just leave it in for a few hours. When you use heat on your hair, try to find a heat protectant spray, they have a lot of those in target. Hope this helps!

Agree with Sabrina, I'm a hairdresser and Redken Extreme is the best :)

You need to use heat protectant like tresemme and try using grape seed or moroccan oil.

Wash your hair every other day (just get it wet the second day), AVOID USING HEAT TOOLS, try moraccon oil and try mayo treatments, I highly recommend mayo treatments.

Do the no'poo (no shampoo) treatment. Google it, it's all natural ingredients etc. I use to have super frizzed hair too, and I swim so I need to wash them every day too, but no'poo really helped, at first you see no difference, sometimes it appears to get worse, but after a week or two your hair is on the mend! Hope this helps :)

I would say to just stop washing you hair as often. I dance and go to the gym everyday, but I don't wash it after. I don't care if my hair looks greasy, it's all part of the hair recovery process. (:

Do conditioning treatments to keep your hair healthy, like almond oil hair treatments, egg and mayonnaise or avocado hair masks, or an argan oil hair mask from pro naturals to repair and moisturize. That should make your hair look and feel better.
