Get a short haircut for fresher hair. Use moisterizing shampoos and conditionars, and you can make your own hair masks at home to help too.

Well, I would suggest using a product such as Frizz ease by John freida. Apply it while your hair is still wt and then use a tround brush to dry it, it should help :)

For anti frizz use KMS. Tame Frizz. Smells amazing and lingers. Lasts 3 shampoos. Use a thermal protectant before blow drying or using hot tools. It will help with drying out. Then try a leave in conditioner after styling.
