Toner before you moisturize. many cleansers disrupt your skins ph balance and a toner helps correct this. they also remove traces of dirt and makeup that your cleanser may have missed. they also help you use less moisturizer :)

I don't really get ache unless I'm getting my period. I love cetaphill. It works so well.

Clean and clear is a bit cheaper, but if you really like neutrogena get the generic versions of the stuff you like at Walmart.

Have you tried 'the Regimen' by Acne.org? It's basically a three step program for treating acne. You can either buy their products, or use whatever products you have available to you. I HIGHLY recommend this program (and it sounds a bit like I'm advertising, but I swear I'm not). I didn't buy their products, I used things that I could buy locally, and it completely cleared up my acne - and all for like, less than $10.
Take a look: http://www.acne.org/regimen.html
Wayne Goss (one of my favourite Youtubers) also did a review/tutorial on it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xAv8-6hkYko
Hope this helps!
