Help! Sudden Acne On My Forehead😫

Ok so in this picture it looks fine but I have lots of little colorless bumps on my forehead and 3 zits. does anyone know what could cause this? all of a sudden my forehead has been getting oily. I use acne facewash every night and blemish wipes. but it doesn't work!! does anyone know how to help me prevent or get rid of this!? ðŸ˜•

This is exactly what happened to me!! I begged my mom to take me to the dermatologist and I finally got a prescribed acne treatment cream to help the bumps and little zits.

I had that too, all of a sudden acne just decided to break out on my forehead, then the rest of my face and my t-zone got super oily.
FINALLY, after a few years, my mum took me to the dermatologist and he prescribed Retin-A cream and a face lotion called Clindamycin Phosphate to me. Those little colorless bumps don't go away with acne wash because they're underneath the skin, not on top like normally acne with a head. These products helped TREMENDOUSLY. The face lotion helps kill bacteria on the face to clear up & prevent more acne, and the Retin-A gets into the skin & cleans it all out as well. I started seeing results as early as 2 nights. My face is basically clear, I still have a few acne marks from the previous years but the Retin-A helps to get rid of those too. Good luck!! :)
