Is There A Way I Can Use Regular Glitter And Make Eye Shadow?

You can by using a seal gel. Or a glitter adhesive. But just be careful as some glitters can harm your eyes

I've used a very thin layer of eyelash glue before. It worked but it doesn't feel the greatest. Just be careful to keep the glitter out of your eyes!
