Use a toner like Sea Breeze (I use the sensitive kind) but after washing face take a cotton ball and apply the toner all over... Also I have been taking Cerave Moisturizing Lotion and mixing one or two drops of vitamin e oil at night time and my skin is glowing and has evened out so much! I just bought a generic brand of vitamin e oil at cvs for around $8 and it is doing wonders for my skin.

Don't use fair and lovely!! it's a really dry product that you could put on your face. it dries your face. truly the Olay creams. they even out your complexion

Look for products with alpha hydroxy acids that will stimulate cell turnover. also you need to put moisture back into your parched skin. I suggest andalou naturals. they are AMAZING!
