Will Manic Panic's Vampire Red hair dye show up in medium brown hair?

Regardless of how vibrant vegetable hair dye is, the best bet is putting it over bleach. I doubt much will show up on your brown hair except a slight red hue. It will be much deeper if anything.

I bleached it a few months ago to go vampire red and it turned out amazing! I just didn't feel like redying it. I was just wondering because I have lots of left over dye and for the sake of my hair's health, it can't be bleached again.

That's what I use on my hair and whenever I redyed it, I just added more and it was fine, unless you're applying it directly to the brown hair and not the already dyed hair. Then you would need to bleach. It will give it a highlight of red and look red in the sun but you won't tell too much otherwise.
