Very recently I've felt my skin has gone really dry cause of the weather change here. two weeks ago I noticed these tiny miniscule bumps inside the flesh only on my forehead. they are harmless but a bit annoying ans and embarrassing in sunlight. some of my face goes red too and flushes particularly when I feel its too hot. when I apply my neutrogena nonclogging moisturiser I feel like the red spot bumps on my cheek and forehead become more obvious. I will go to a derm to check if its rosacea and I have my hormone test results, it could be an up and down I hormones. has anyone else experienced this and what did you do? I feel like its more of an allergy
when I don't apply moisturiser it gets really dry but doesn't feel as irritating

I only experienced this whenever I used a certain acne face wash, like pro active or a face wash with certain things in them. I have very sensitive skin. Have you changed your face wash?

Yes it could very well be. Stop using it and see if the irritation goes away. Hope this helps.

Thanks kaitlyn. it already feels slightly better without any products. I just applied vaseline lip balm to the itchy red patches. :)

I get this in winter too, I started using Monsia skin renewal system, they have the best moisturizer (with spf 15) and it's great for sensitive skin.

Tea tree can sometimes be somewhat harsh on sensitive skin. A cream cleanser might work better, and a gentle exfoliation and oil free moisturizer. Skin can definitely change during the seasons and it sounds like yours is getting drier.

Keep putting a lot of lotion to prevent dry patches and dry skin or peeling skin.
