Mix a couple drops of neem oil into a tablespoon of castor oil and massage it into your skin every night, then wash it off with your favorite cleanser. You'll see a big difference and both oils should be easily accessible in India. :D

It looks like undeveloped acne, acne that is trapped under the skin. This may stay there forever if you don't do anything about it.
You will need to get rid of the skin over top of it so you may extract it like regular pimples. Exfoliate once a week, and look into getting a chemical peel. Also use a cleanser with salycylic acid as it will help take off the layer of skin over top

These are premature. Basically, try to keep your skin in that area clean. Don't touch it without using hand sanitizer, make sure your hair doesn't fall on that place and keep the oil/dirt off as well. The only thing to do after that is have patience.

If the product makes you break out and your skin looks like the photos that is a good sign. It is pulling out all of the irritants that are causing the bumps you should keep up that salicylic wash for at least 4 weeks then you will see much clearer skin after it unclogs all of your pores.

I agree with Brittany. If you have oily skin it can cause the dead skin to stick to the face instead of shedding naturally. You need exfoliation that is effective enough to remove the buildup without hurting your face. Try products with alpha hydroxy acids instead of beta hydroxy acid (salisylic). Like a lotion, wash or gel. Maybe a manual scrub too. And I would say exfoliate twice a week. Def look into chemical peel, it's a great way to exfoliate.

And ya you may have a purge or breakout while these impurities come out but give it two weeks before you judge a product unless the reaction is severe.

Your skin is very congested, and as Mary said you need to exfoliate, the cause of congested skin is a build up of dead skin that traps sebum under the skin and I don't no how long you were using the salicylic acid for but thats the only thing that actually cleanse out the pore wall and since your skin is so impacted its going to make your skin breakout before it gets better because it's forcing the dirt an sebum to the surface,so I would use the salicylic maybe you need a different type ,as well as glycolic acid or a retinol at night don't try using both at the same time because it will make your skin to sensitive, and moisturize at night and use a spf of 30 in the morning.

You need to use other forms of exfoliating as well just a cleanser alone is not going to clear your skin, and it may take six weeks or more for you to see a change ,and also maybe the cleanser was not the right one for you it may have been to strong for you ,if your using something new an you get a pimple or too you thats normal but after a month it's just not the product for you.
