I like Origins Zero Oil toner, Bobbi Brown Hydrating toner, Murad Clarifying toner and Burt's Bees Salicylic Acid Acne Toner. All of those, aside from the Bobbi Brown, are good for oily/acne prone skin.

Clinique! It's only 15 bucks for a big bottle and works amazing... If your skin is oily you won't even need moisturizer.

I love The Body Shop's Clarifying Seaweed Toner :)
And just a tip: ALWAYS moisturize. It's a common mistake for girls with oily skin to skip this step because they don't want their skin to be 'greasy.' As long as you use a lightweight formula, that won't be a problem. Skipping this step can actually make your face produce more oils to compensate for the drying effect of the cleanser and toners.

Chanel LOTION CONFORT Is really good. The blue one is alcohol free and anti pollution so it's great :) I know it's a bit pricy for a toner but it lasts for around 4 to 5 months which is worth the money. It really hydrates your skin but still gives a nice fresh feeling and also because it's alcohol free it doesn't irritate your skin either. It does cleanse your skin as well :) x

I second The Body Shop's toner. They also have a Tea Tree Oil Toner, & it's the best toner I've ever used! It leaves my face feeling fresh & I don't feel that it dries my skin out. I would definitely look into their products, they're pretty affordable!
