Okay so, I have been stressing out a lot lately and I have been breaking out like crazy. It hinders my confidence. I mean I do actually see that I have a pretty face but it's hidden underneath the acne. My mother had bought me proactiv a week ago and I have been using night after night. What I wanna say that I really hate that they make their money by giving it to you in small amounts. It pisses me off that the tv infomercial or the camera I should say makes it look like you're gonna get the big pack for just that small amount. I have this feeling that I'll run out of it hella soon.
Now here's my question, does proactiv actually work for someone who stresses out constantly?
I also wanna know does it work on stress? Like for someone who really does stress excessively? It really sucks that whenever I took a picture, I always had to edit out my acne. I just wanna take a picture and have a good looking one the first time around.

You need to keep a consistent routine. Try washing your face in the morning. If you are really that stressed out you should try these solutions to stress:
1. Healthy diet
2. Turn off your phone and computer 1 day a week
3. Exercise at least 20 mins a day
4. Just relax for a while- just watch tv or something
Hope this helps!

Drink a lot of water.
Don't overuse the proactive. It will tend to dry your skin and aggravate your acne.So use sparingly..Also use a clay based mask.It will soothe your acne and help..I believe Proactive has the sulfur mask I'm going to say..And don't exercise with makeup.Tends to clog pores.Hope this helps!:)

I've used proactiv now for about 10 years and I stress all the time and I NEVER break out. I have normal to dry skin (usually more on the dry side, esp. now) and use a moisturizer (Mary Kay timewise for normal/dry skin) after. I will say I wash my face religiously - I always wash my face morning and night and never skip. I can count on one hand the number of times I have skipped since I started using it. With proactiv, you have to use all three steps and you should wash your face twice a day. When you first start using it, it might seem like your face is getting a bit worse, but it's clearing out your pores and within a few weeks it should be almost, if not completely, cleared. Just like everything else though, results vary with each person and there are so many variables that can affect the outcome. So I say it's worth a shot, but maybe I'm biased seeing how it works for me and I swear by it. Hope this helps you and good luck :)
