Vaseline!

I don't know if anyone's said this yet... but Smith's Rosebud Salve is the BEST for damaged/dry/chapped lips. I slather it on at night before I go to bed during the winter months and my lips always stay nice and smooth! It's also good to exfoliate your lips. I use Lush's Mint Julips.

exfoliate, and try using some carmex or the baby lips chap stick is also very good!

Maybelline baby lips all the way! Also, at night layer vaseline on your lips and in the morning scrub it off with a wet washcloth. & whenever your lips are chapped take a tooth brush and exfoliate! Then rinse your lips off and apply lip balm. :)

I had a real problem with dry lips last winter, too. My dental hygienist actually told me two things which were super helpful- 1. Don't lick your lips and 2. Get a balm or chap stick that is all natural, not medicated (think Burt's Bees, ChapStick Fresh Effects, or Fresh sugar lip treatment). I have also discovered that lip scrubs to exfoliate can really help too. If you can't afford to buy one, you can make one yourself by mixing equal parts sugar and a soft lip balm or Vaseline.

i'll say VASELINE PETROLEUM JELLY, my mom taught me to use it every night before sleep with generous amount on lips and outer too. to keep lips smooth and not changing color because using too much lipstick (sometimes will get darker), also to remove dead skin cells. then use any lip balm that you like on day time, my current fave is CARMEX-peach mango. it works for me!

vaseline is the secret to moisturized lips 24/7

I had the same problem for years! Now I have solved it! =)
After I washed my face at the evening I use a soft (!!!) toothbrush and warm water to make a soft peeling on my lips. Then I take honey and put it on my lips. Then I make me an nice cup of camomile tea. Honey and camomile is antibacterial. Honey moisturize the lips. Dont like it from the lips!!! This would dry them out even more! I let the camomile tea set for about 10 min and then drink it. With a little bit of cotton I use the last sip of tea to softly wipe away the honey and then use a natural cosmetic lip balm with mostly bee wax in it. I do this twice a week. ;D
Try it and let me know if it helped.
Good Luck <3

What I do is take a little bit of Vaseline and mix it with some moisturizing lip gloss or lipstick to give it some color and apply it to my lips everyday and it keeps my lips really soft through out the day. I hope you try it and if you do let me know if it worked for you:)

First you will need to exfoliate your lips, then moisturize. I suggest either Lush's lip scrub, a home made sugar/honey scrub, or just a soft toothbrush. After that, moisturize with either Vaseline, aquaphor lip therapy (i personally use it and it's better than Vaseline), or a lip repair product. Make sure to apply every night before going to bed to keep your lips soft daily. I do this and although my lips can get super dry, it rarely happens!

maybe try a tooth brush or lip scrub from lush and scrub off the dead skin on your lips! then use rose bud salve on your lips! works like a charm and helps make them look fuller too!

Get a lip scrub and exfoliate all dead skin cells off of your lips first, if you don't do this you'll be applying lip balm to dead skin and get no where. Use something really hydrating with vitamin E or Shea butter :)
