HELP! hair color help!

my hair is this color (if the picture works) if not it's almost like a reddish dark blondish brown color with pieces of every color. it's okay when I wear it back but I haven't really been happy with it down lately. I went from black to this color SLOWLY. I don't know what to do with my hair but I want to do something fun. I've wanted to do grayish blonde, purple, dip dye & a bunch of other ideas & I haven't picked one yet! ANY IDEAS?
