Hot water is bad for the hair. If it said warm water that would be more legit. However I've never heard if this remedy before

I don't know about the other things but about the mustard is true. It's like the chili pepper shampoo. stimulate by irritating the scalp. About the two tablespoons of hot water, with the other ingredients, it's not going to be hot when you put it on. Sounds good and makes sense. But I don't get about the sugar.

It will not grow 10 cm of course. With the chili pepper shampoo I got many many growths before.

No it's just promotion of blood circulation to the scalp. 😊 You can actually just do it by flipping your head upside down and massaging your scalp for at least five minutes 😉
