Hello ladies! I was wondering if you have any tips on how I can grow my hair out. It is very soft, some what thick, and healthy, and I am very fit and nutritious. I take extremely great care of it also! I have tried main n' tail awhile ago and it made my hair feel odd. I am currently using the Macadamia oil hair mask! I absolutely love it! I rarely wear my hair up, but I put it in cute hairstyles everyday! Thanks!

I would keep doing what your doing. Hair grows at different rates some people half and inch a month some (like me) grow unnoticeable amounts

You should mix 1 tbsp of mustard in powder with warm water, add 3 tbsp of olive oil and I egg. Rub it on your scalp and leave on for about 20 minutes. It works great! Also, you can add 1 egg to about half cup of olive oil, almond oil, or coconut oil and leave on hair for 20 minutes. I do this once a week and it grows out your hair and leaves it soft and shiny! Hope this helps:)

Just so you know, hair growth speed is genetic. If your hair is in good condition, then it's probably growing as fast as it's going to. Just make sure you keep it healthy.

You have beautiful hair! The number one thing is patience. Hair grows 1/4 inch per month on the average with the exception of once a month when it increases slightly due to hormones. Hair is a waste product like your nails so there is no magic pill or special product. You're doing all the right things!

Agreed with Hannah and Annmarie. There really is nothing that will make your hair grow faster..castor oil, coconut oil...all those oil things are a good conditioning treatment but won't effect the growth. get regualr trims to get the dead ends off, use good quality products, and don't over do it on the heat and you're good to go!

First of all, try to lead a less stressed life, sleep 8 hours each night and stay hydrated. Then do a hydrating treatment once a week with coconut oil, almond oil or argan oil to moisturize your hair and make it healthy. Castor oil works for growth. And make sure to maintain the health and moisture of your hair using hydrating hair masks, like the Moroccan argan oil hair mask from the Pro Naturals hair repair system, it really helps.
