Ok, I see you ladies talk about heat protection stuff.. I don't know anything about it. Would someone please explain how it helps your hair from when you use heat on it.. And what does it feel like when you pour it out.. I have some straightener stuff I absolutely hate.. I'll see if I still have it and take a picture. It felt goopy like hair gel.

This would b good for that.. you don't need a lot. spray it thru and rub it thru with your fingers. then flatiron..
I'm almost done with this bottle. but you got a lot of hair

If you you straighten your hair all the time then you want to invest in a very good heat protectant! I used to use the one GHD made. Most importantly you want to deep condition your hair at least once a week, choose the best for your hair texture and needs but I make my own using honey aloe Vera and carrot oil but I always change it up :) I don't use heat on my hair anymore though. I realized it was much more beautiful to enhance my natural curly hair and I would never go back!! How is your hair naturally?

Course, thick, poofy.. Naturally wavy but doesn't look it.

Yeah, your hair is thick.. I rem from your color pics. its nice n full.. if you have a curl pattern its good to go with it. just take it if its wavy.. flatiron on special occasions. I wash, deep condition, blow dry, flatiron once a wk. but that's for blk hair. its different for different hair types n origins. thru the summer I wash every few days n barely heat style..

Have you tried oiling your hair? Mine used to puff out at every opportunity until I started oiling it!

Try staying away from heat for a while, use oil and leave over night, don't wash as often, deep condition, DIY made if you like, and just generally take care if it for a a while and then see how it goes!

I would definitely grab one sans alcohol for increased protection. I use the Silk Elements as mentioned by Naomi as well. I ❤️ it!
