The general rule is that when you buy extensions the longest you buy is double your own hair length. So you could probably get away with 16 inch at most - which is still really long!! Your bob is cut quite blunt, so you could always ask your hairdresser to cut in to it so when your extensions are in they blend better. Buy some relatively cheap extensions, and take them to your hairdresser, and while you are wearing them, get her to cut in to them so they blend with your hair. If you like it and she does a good job, get more expensive extensions next time that will last you longer. Xx

Not true. my hair is like three inches long and I have 20'' extensions and they look awesome. just depends how you put them in! your hair is definitely long enough
