I want to dye my light brown hair to blonde but I don't want to bleach it, is there ways I can lighten my hair another way??

You can't color strip it unless you dyed your hair from blonde to the light brown that you have now. You would have to bleach it. There a some non-bleaching methods like lemon juice, but they dry out your hair way more than bleach.
